In order to promote a culture based on ethics and transparency, SELLE ITALIA S.R.L. has set up an information channel to report (also anonymously) any violations of the Code, abnormal cases or alleged offenses, committed by Recipients or other parties.

Selle Italia s.r.l. ensures maximum protection, confidentiality and safeguard to the reporter from undue retaliation, unlawful conditioning, inconvenience and discrimination of any kind, for duly reporting in accordance with the EU Directive EU 2019/1937 on Whistleblowing, DLGS 24/2023.
