Delivery time

Delivery times depend on the destination address entered during the purchase.

Courier usually needs:

• 1-3 working days from the order shipment (which usually takes place within 2 working days from payment confirmation) for delivery on Italian territory. Shipments are entrusted to the courier TNT.

• 3-4 working days from order shipment (which usually takes place within 2 working days from payment confirmation) for delivery in Europe, UK and USA. Shipments are entrusted to the UPS courier.

• 3-5 working days from order shipment (which usually takes place within 2 working days from payment confirmation) for delivery in the Rest of the World. Shipments are entrusted to the UPS courier.

You will receive an email notification when the package is handed over to the courier.
Courier delivers from Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 18.00 (delivery times vary according to the destination area).
You can therefore always check where your shipment is by tracking number linked to your order.

RETURN

Information about return of an order / item

If the purchase is not to your liking, do not worry, steps for return are simple and fast.
Remember you have 14 working days from package receipt to decide whether to keep or return your order items.
If you decide to return your order (partially or totally) fill out the contact form by selecting e-commerce assistance.

Items must not have been used in any way. Return items (or the article) to their original packaging, in perfect condition, preferably with a copy of the sales note.
Entrust your package to the post office or to a trusted courier. Items must be returned with insured package in Free Port to:

No package sent cash on delivery or freight collect will be withdrawn from the warehouse dedicated to returns.

Upon package receipt , we will proceed within 14 working days to refund the invoiced price of the returned items. We will use the same payment method used during the purchase. The credit may appear after 10 working days depending on your bank timing.
We remind you that you can place a new order through our online shop if you wish to receive a replacement for the returned item.


WARRANTY

Our warranty covers the products for two years from the date of purchase. For warranty requests for products purchased on our online shop, check our warranty page or contact our customer service: Write us.
For warranty claims for products purchased from one of our authorized dealers, we recommend to directly contact the retailer who will deal with your request.
